1 month = 4 weeks = 30 days

Challenge yourself! Be healthier, learn new skills, change up your routine. Push through your fears and try something new. Now is the time to do something different! The basic idea is pretty simple: set a goal for a 30 day period and attempt to reach it. That’s it!

30 days is a short period of time but just enough to implement a new habit or learn a new skill. Who knows, after 30 days you may choose to continue on or realize it’s just not for you but at least you gave it 30 days!
